The WOM Rating System
Authenticators rate recommendations according to three distinct metrics:
Authenticity
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy recommendation that is not sponsored or faked, i.e. content that is not compromised by a monetary incentive from a brand.
Creativity
Personality, pictures, videos, and other creative elements are used in content creation, as well as effort to give a holistic description of the product, brand, or service.
Positivity
The content is positive and presented in such a way that sparks desire for the specific product, brand, or service.
